CustomerGauge was born from a need for marketing
and salespeople to have a continuous monitoring method under their own
control – not governed by Marketing Research departments, or limited by
IT infrastructure. It provides a straightforward way to measuring
customer experience (so that improvements can be tracked, and bonuses
paid), getting some real customer feedback in organisations, and
keeping promises to respond to customer comments.
To ensure best practice, the system is compatible
with Net Promoter® Score*, acknowledged as the industry
standard for loyalty measurement. This allows companies to compare their customer loyalty against industry benchmarks.
As a hosted solution, CustomerGauge can be deployed anywhere
in an organisation, speedily and without capital equipment or IT
assistance. All that is needed is a web browser.
Company Background
The founders of Directness have been working in
the field of Customer Relationship Management and Direct Sales for ten
years, and had tried many systems to help measure and act on Customer
Experience.
After several time-consuming and expensive trials they
still were not able to find the right tools. So in 2006, they decided
to build their own system to measure, understand and respond to
customers.
CustomerGauge is the result of that project - now a product in its own right. |
